Fine Scotch Whiskys
Scotch whisky is usually distilled twice, while most Irish whiskies are distilled three times, although there are exceptions. Scotch is made from peat-smoked, wholly malted barley while Irish whiskey is made from kiln-dried, raw & malted barley. “Single malt” Scotch is made from 100% malted barley.
